Every job starts with somebody standing on your balcony with a tape measure. We do not quote from a photograph and we do not sell a standard size, because a balcony that is 60mm out of square is the normal case rather than the exception, and a net or a grill cut to a nominal dimension is one that has a gap in it somewhere.

The quote that comes out of that visit is a fixed per-sq-ft price. It does not move afterwards. That is a harder promise to keep than a range, and it is the reason the measurement matters as much as it does — we would rather spend forty minutes getting it right than revise the number later.

The fitters are ours. Safety work is not a category where subcontracting to whoever is available that week makes sense: the difference between a net that holds and a net that does not is entirely in the anchoring, which is invisible once the job is finished and impossible for a customer to inspect. The only real guarantee is that the person drilling the hole is on our own payroll, was trained by us, and is who we send back if it ever needs looking at again.
