Bird netting across Koramangala — Blocks 3 to 8, Ejipura, Jakkasandra and the commercial floors along 80 Feet Road. Balconies, rear ledges, duct shafts and the AC platforms on the backs of buildings, which is where most of the nesting in this area actually happens.
What Koramangala changes about the job
The same crew and the same materials everywhere in Bangalore — what changes is the building stock, and what that means for how the job is fitted.
Koramangala has a higher share of commercial floors than most residential areas of the city, and a restaurant or an office below a flat changes the problem — food waste at ground level sustains a population that then nests on the residential floors above. Netting the flats without addressing the rear service area is why the job comes back here more often than elsewhere.
Koramangala is old Bangalore that has been rebuilt on itself. A lot of the housing is a 1980s independent house that has since gained two floors, and the parapets on those upper additions are frequently lower than anything built today would be allowed to be — often knee height on a third-floor balcony. That is the single most common reason somebody in this area calls us, and it is why we measure the existing parapet before quoting rather than assuming a standard drop.
Building stock here
Converted independent houses and small apartment blocks through Blocks 3, 4, 5 and 6, denser low-rise around Ejipura and Jakkasandra, and a steady share of commercial floors along 80 Feet Road and the Inner Ring Road side that need bird netting rather than safety work.
Why our bird netting hold up
We quote after looking at where the birds actually get in, not just at the opening you can see from inside. That usually means netting a corner return, a beam junction or the strip behind an AC bracket that a cheaper quote leaves open — and it is the only reason our netting stays effective while the neighbour's is re-colonised inside a year.

Questions we get in Koramangala
There are restaurants below our Koramangala building. Will netting still work?
Netting will keep them off your balcony reliably. What it will not do is reduce the number of birds around the building, because that is being sustained by the food at ground level. A sealed net still works in that situation — it just has to be sealed properly at every edge, since the pressure on it is constant.
Which parts of Koramangala do you cover?
Every Koramangala block is covered, along with Ejipura, Jakkasandra and the 80 Feet Road commercial stretch. No travel charge within Bangalore.
Is netting cruel to the pigeons?
No. It is a barrier — the birds cannot land there and go elsewhere. Nothing traps, injures or poisons them, which is not true of spikes or gels.
There is a nest with eggs on my balcony. Can you still net it?
Tell us when you call. We would rather time the job around an active nest than seal a bird in, and we will advise on when to schedule.
Can the duct still be opened for plumbing work?
Yes — duct netting is fitted with resettable fixings so a plumber can open the panel and re-secure it afterwards.
Do you do whole apartment blocks?
Yes, and at association rates. Block-wide netting is usually cheaper per flat and far more effective than owners netting one balcony at a time.
We netted one balcony and the pigeons moved upstairs. What now?
That is normal in a tower — netting one flat displaces the colony rather than removing it. The lasting fix is closing the duct shafts and the shared ledges as a block, which is an association decision. We will quote both so a committee can compare them.
