Should a new Sarjapur Road tower net before there is a problem?
The shafts and the AC platforms, yes — that is where a colony starts and it is much cheaper to close than to clear. Individual balconies can wait until you actually want them. Most of the communities that have done it this way have not needed us back.

That is normal in a tower — netting one flat displaces the colony rather than removing it. The lasting fix is closing the duct shafts and the shared ledges as a block, which is an association decision. We will quote both so a committee can compare them.
